Andrzej Korkus

Founder & President

Andrzej Korkus is the Founder and President of Inmmitech Ventures. A serial entrepreneur, Andrzej has built and supported several high growth companies including EWL Group, one of the largest recruitment companies in Poland. He is also a key leader in recruitment digital transformation companies. Andrzej is a Member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He has graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree. Andrzej has also completed advanced managerial studies at the London Business School.

Marcin Osmala

Managing Partner

Marcin is highly experienced in venture capital, private equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He is currently a Senior Financial Adviser for EWL Group, one of the leading recruitment services groups in Poland. Marcin has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment equity advisory, and transactions analysis. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, Poland.
